A Festival of Stars, Wreaths and Christmas Trees 22nd-24th November 2019
A Festival of Stars, Wreaths and Christmas Trees
All Saints Church held a Starry Christmas Festival in Aid of The Alzheimer's Society and All Saints Church.
This year, 2020, we are holding an outdoor event: Advent and Christmas in the Churchyard.
the 2019 festival
We are inviting everyone to create a Festive Star or Wreath and bring it along to the church so that we can display it over the Festival Weekend.
We are also offering you the opportunity to sponsor a Christmas Tree, which you can decorate.
You can do any of this in memory of a loved one or to promote your School, Organisation, Group or Business.
On the Saturday, we have asked Councillor Rosemary Bolton, Mayor of Hertford and a representative of the Alzheimer's Society to judge the Stars, Wreaths and Christmas Trees.
We will also be holding a Christmas Bazaar in the Church, with lots of stalls including a Grand Raffle. There will be delightful Music Performances by local schools, a Puppet Show and a visit from Father Christmas.
On the Sunday, the Festival will be open for a relaxed viewing. Everyone is welcome to attend our usual Sunday Services, the times of which are listed below.
Refreshments and mulled wine served all day.
Lunches served between 12 noon and 2.00 pm on Saturday 23rd.
