The Electoral Roll records all those who are active members of the church.

Through baptism we are made members of Christ's worldwide church and joining the Electoral Roll helps us in playing an active role in our local church here in Hertford
The Electoral Roll is a list of people who consider themselves participating members of the congregation. To be on the Electoral Roll you must be sixteen years of age or older, baptised and a member of the Church of England or of a Church in communion with it, resident in the parish or, if not, having regularly attended public worship at All Saints for at least the past six months.
